Hey guys... This is my plan for Nan Hwa Scouts Forum.

A Forum Gathering, 网聚... set a time, and gather here posting/chit-chating...

Example: If I set everyday 8pm...and anyone who's free will online at 8pm and posting their opinions here or chit-chat. that time you'll not feel alone at NHScouts.

It seems that I didnt explain my rules well...

I mean: If I set everyday 8pm, means... everyday 8pm sure got ppl chit-chat at Nan Hwa Scouts Forum. who free who online lo.
